We produce items according to customer's ideas through our engineers and skilled workers. All products are approved by clients before mass production. Customer's designs and inquiries are cordially welcomed. Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) are also welcomed.
The following pictures are for reference only (subject to tooling charges). Each of the below items can be made as COIN BANKS. Should you be interested in any of them, we will make molding for production as per your request.
The material available for these items are : Polyresin, Ceramic by casting; PVC, PP & PE by injection molding or blow molding and PVC by rotary casting for vinyl products. The dimensions below are suggested sizes, it can be adjusted according to your requirements.
Process Of Making Piggy Bank:
1) A mock-up sample in plasters or wax maybe required for appearance approval before molding at customer's option. The mock-up sample costs about USD300 - USD500 and it takes about 15 days to be made. The amount will be "refunded" when order is confirmed.
2) Normal delivery takes about 30 days (molding time exclusive) after order confirmation and approval on prototype sample (subject to order quantity).
3) Molding charge may apply when order quantity is less than MOQ.
